Full contact time, every time
Disinfectants only work when they remain wet on a surface for the period the manufacturer specifies. Cutting that time short is the single most common reason non-specialist disinfection fails, and it is invisible to anyone inspecting the result afterwards. Our technicians observe full dwell times as a matter of procedure.
Trace contamination to its full extent
Fluid travels under skirting boards, through carpet underlay, between floorboards and into wall cavities. We use controlled inspection and removal to find the real boundary of contamination rather than cleaning to the visible edge. This is why our scope sometimes includes areas that appear untouched, and we explain that reasoning before we begin.

Contaminated material is regulated waste. It cannot go into a household bin, a skip or a general commercial waste stream. Everything we remove is bagged, sealed, labelled and tracked to a licensed treatment facility, and the disposal dockets form part of the pack you receive.

- Remove what cannot be treated: Porous materials that have absorbed fluid are cut out and removed, because disinfectant applied to a surface does not reach what has soaked in.
- Odour at the source: We remove the material causing an odour before treating what remains, rather than covering a smell that will return.
